Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details, so we can't see why your bank said no. The common reasons are:
Your bank blocked it as unusual. Many banks block a first payment to a new overseas merchant. Approve it in your banking app, or call your bank, then try again.
A detail doesn't match. Check the card number, expiry date, security code and postcode or ZIP.
International payments are switched off on the card. Prices are in US dollars, so some cards treat this as a foreign payment.
Not enough available funds or a spending limit.
Try again, or use a different card. If it still won't go through, contact us (click the chat widget in the bottom right of this page) and we’ll help.
Your card isn't charged when a payment is declined. If you see a pending amount, it's a temporary hold your bank releases within a few days.
